Hodnocení finanční situace vybrané společnosti

Abstract

Tato práce se skládá, mimo úvodu a závěru, ze tří dílčích částí. Po úvodu, ve kterém je uvedeno téma a cíl bakalářské práce, následuje část první, ve které je charakterizována metodika finanční analýzy. Ve druhé části je stručně představena společnost, která je předmětem zpracované finanční analýzy. Jsou zde uvedeny základní informace o společnosti, její charakteristika a v neposlední řadě informace o analyzované majetkové a finanční struktuře. Třetí, poslední, část je zaměřena na praktickou aplikaci ukazatelů finanční analýzy ve vybrané společnosti, přičemž vybrané části jsou doplněny komentářem, grafickým znázorněním výsledků a případným doporučením. Závěr obsahuje nejen shrnutí výsledků finanční analýzy, která spočívá ve zhodnocení finančního zdraví společnosti, ale i návrhy na určitá opatření, která by mohla vést ke zlepšení situace společnosti.

With the exception of the introduction and the summary of this Bachelor thesis, this work is composed of three parts. After the introductory part in which is described the subject and the aim of this thesis follows the first part in which the method of financial analysis is characterized. The second part of this paper briefly introduces a business company which is the subject of further financial analysis. This part contains fundamental information regarding the business company, its characteristic and information about the analyzed proprietary and financial structure as well. The third, last part of the Bachelor thesis is focused on practical use of financial analysis indicators in the selected business company providing that certain parts are amended by commentary, graphic presentation of results and eventual recommendations. The conclusion of the Bachelor thesis contains not only the summary of the financial analysis results, which depends on evaluation of financial situation of the selected business company, but also proposals for certain measures which may lead to improvement of the business company situation.
