Abstract

Possibilities of Improved Meeting the Requirements of Selected Customers for Product Quality Planning Process This Thesis is concerning with meeting the requirements for product quality planning process and it´s improvement in a machine work supplying the automotive industry as a Tier 1 supplier. There is performed an analysis of the production part approval process requirements for the key customers. Attention is also payed to reporting requirements in all stages of launching periods of a production process. Based on the performed analysis there were identified the Possibilities of Improved Meeting the requirements of selected Customers for Product Quality Planning Process.
