Abstract

The thesis is focused on verifying the option of the movable Raman spectrometer First Defender and the infrared spectrometer with Furrier transformation True Defender utilization in supervising the wastewater deliverers to ÚČOV Ostrava. The existing means of supervising the delivered wastewater and the main pollutants that occur in that water are mentioned in the first part of the thesis. The principles of the Raman and infrared spectrometry are described in the next part. Describing the measuring ways, basic technical data and the main spheres of the application of the both devices are coming after. The evaluation of the recorded values and assessing the appropriateness of utilizing the devices not only during the supervising the deliverers of the wastewater but also in some other lines of work are given in the final part of the thesis.
