dc.description.abstractBakalářská práce se zabývá urbanisticko-architektonickými návrhy zástavby dané lokality rodinnými domy. Práce obsahuje návrh řešení výstavby rodinných domů ve dvou etapách, řešení technické infrastruktury, dopravního řešení včetně statické dopravy a rozhledových polí, návrh úprav zeleně, řešení odpadového hospodářství, návrh rozmístění mobiliáře a propočtu investičních nákladů. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo vytvořit návrh řešení moderního a komfortního bydlení v rodinných domech v poměrně klidné části města.cs
dc.description.abstractBachelor thesis focuses on urban-architectural projects of single houses estates of the certain locality. My thesis includes the project of the solution of housing construction in two stages, solution of the technical infrastructure, transportation solution including static transportation and sight fields, suggestion of verdure treatment, solution of the waste management, suggestion of locaton of the mobiliary and the costing of capital expenditures. The aim of bachelor thesis was to produce draft of the solution of modern and comfortable living in single houses in a relatively calm part of the city.en
