Zhodnocení systému vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis is to evaluate of the current employees‘ training and development system in the selected company and to propose possible recommendations to improve the existing system of education. A questionnaire survey was used to assess the system of education and development in the selected organization. Given the current situation, the research was conducted online, through the work e-mail addresses of the group of employees. The output of this survey is to answer established research questions, find out preferences and also opinions on the current employees‘ training and development system in the selected organization. Based on the results of the questionnaire survey, recommendations were proposed.
