Vila Nota

Abstract

The goal of bachelors thesis is to prepare project documentation for building construction according to thesis assignment. Subject of my work is villa with music hall – Vila Nota in Ostrava city. The project comes from previously prepared city planning and architectural study, done in subject „Ateliérové tvorby I.“ . When creating the concept of villa, I was inspired by graphical illustration of music – note. This came from knowing my clients and thus the Villa Nota project was born, resulting in full satisfaction of the couple. Goal of study and design was to create building, that will effectively fulfill its purpose, while being esthetical, technical and economical at the same time. It is designed with importance on interior functionality of family villa with music hall. Shape and look of the building was made, so it fits into city planning study and the environment around my house.
