Sociální podnikání jako nástroj lokálního rozvoje a zaměstnanosti

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je sociální podnikání jako nástroj lokálního rozvoje a zaměstnanosti. Teoretická část je věnována vymezení trhu práce a subjektů zde působících, definování vztahu nabídky, poptávky, stavu rovnováhy na trhu práce a problematiky nezaměstnanosti včetně politiky zaměstnanosti, přičemž bližší pozornost je věnována osobám se zdravotním postižením. Dále je teoretická část zaměřena na vymezení regionální politiky, regionálního a lokálního rozvoje a sociální ekonomiky. V rámci sociální ekonomiky je definováno sociální podnikání a principy solidárního podniku. Cílem práce je srovnání a vyhodnocení vybraných sociálních podniků a kontextu sociálního podnikání ve vybraných krajích ČR dle zvolených kritérií a ve sledovaném období. Toho je dosaženo prostřednictvím praktické části bakalářské práce v rámci níž došlo ke zvolení tří krajů, Olomouckého, Pardubického a Moravskoslezského, a vybrání vzorku tří sociálních podniků v každém z nich. Nejdříve je zpracováno seznámení s kontextem sociálního podnikání jednotlivých vybraných krajích a vybranými sociálními podniky. V další části je provedena vlastní analýza kontextu sociálního podnikání v jednotlivých krajích a nezaměstnanosti a analýza vybraných sociálních podniků a jejich vzájemné porovnání. Pro analýzu jsou primárně použity komparativní a induktivní metody. Jedním z hlavních zjištění práce je, že sociální podniky ve sledovaném období dosahují převážně kladného výsledku hospodaření, a tedy jsou ekonomicky stabilní. S ohledem na převážně nízký podíl přijatých dotací, v porovnání s podílem tržeb za vlastní výkony, na celkovém objemů výnosů lze konstatovat, že vybrané sociální podniky jsou ekonomicky samostatné.

The theme of the bachelor thesis is social entrepreneurship as a tool of local development and employment. The theoretical part is devoted to defining the labor market and entities operating here, defining the relationship between supply, demand, the state of the labor market balance and unemployment, including employment policy, while more attention is paid to people with disabilities. Furthermore, the theoretical part focuses on the definition of regional policy, regional and local development and social economy. Within the social economy, social entrepreneurship and the principles of solidarity enterprise are defined. The aim of the work is to compare and evaluate selected social enterprises and the context of social entrepreneurship in selected regions of the Czech Republic according to selected criteria and in the monitored period. This is achieved through the practical part of the bachelor's thesis, in which three regions were selected, Olomouc, Pardubice and Moravia-Silesia, and a sample of three social enterprises in each of them. First, an acquaintance with the context of social entrepreneurship of individual selected regions and selected social enterprises is prepared. In the next part, the analysis of the context of social entrepreneurship in individual regions and unemployment and the analysis of selected social enterprises and their mutual comparison are performed. Comparative and inductive methods are primarily used for the analysis. One of the main findings of the work is that social enterprises in the observed period achieve mostly a positive economic result, and are therefore economically stable. With regard to the predominantly low share of received subsidies, in comparison with the share of revenues from own services, it can be stated that the selected social enterprises are economically independent in the total volume of revenues.
