Abstract

This bachelor work deals with Football club Litvínov. Provides football’s club activity summary and proposes measures to improve the management of the company. The work is divided into two main chapters. The first chapter is theoretical and is focused on the fundamental terms explanation and on the management of all football clubs in the Czech Republic generally. After the theoretical part follows second practical part. It’s main task is to present Football club Litvínov, it’s functioning and problems that trouble the club. At the end of the work there are proposed possible measures, which will lead to more efficient management of the club.
