Abstract

The thesis, as already apparent from its title, deals with strategic analysis of the company. The aim of the thesis is to make analysis of the company, approach factors affecting market development and to propose measures that will increase traffic and competitiveness. The first part of the thesis deals with theoretical description of strategic analysis. The other part brings basic information about the company, includes an analysis and results of an exploration. The final part contains proposals and recommendations for improvement of company position, which were formulated on the basis of interviews, analysis of internal documents, and the results of the analysis.
