Abstract
This bachelor thesis "Housing Cooperative Expenses" in its theoretical part with the specifications of housing cooperatives and their funds. Is described in detail chapter analysis of the selected items, stating in heat measurement and function of thermostatic valves. The practical part examines through a questionnaire survey findings from the theoretical part. In conclusion stated evaluation of set goals.
