Abstract

My bachelor thesis is focused on motivation of employees. The aim of my bachelor thesis was to make analysis and find the real statement of the motivation system in the Municipal Counsil in Karviná. The first part pays attention to theory. The base of motivation, employee evaluation and different methods of payment used in connection to payment of employees are described in this part. The second part is devoted to profile of the chosen organization, its history, role and action. The organization structure is described in detail and the selection of the respondents is done. In the third part I analyzed the existing system, first of all the payment system, educational system, the system of emloyee evaluation and employee benefits. The research part of my thesis was made by the questionnaires and their assesment. The conclusion contains the suggestions and recomandations which can lead to satisfaction of employees and increase productivity of labour.
