Abstract

This diploma thesis describes the design of a photovoltaic power plant without battery storage for a company building in the documentation stage for the construction. The aim of this thesis is to familiarize the reader with a photovoltaic system suitable for a company building. At the very beginning, it describes the history and principles of the operation of photovoltaic power plants and a general description of the photovoltaic system. It also introduces the reader to the possibilities of load-bearing structures for photovoltaic power plants, including their load, and also focuses on current subsidy opportunities and comparisons with past subsidy titles. It subsequently, deals with the specific design of the photovoltaic system on the roof of the company building, including the configuration of Huawei inverters using the SmartDesign program. Finally, it compares and evaluates the technical and economic parameters of the selected converters with other competitive converters.
