Abstract

To achieve anything without people is impossible. Employees with high-quality work are important, and the company can achieve its set-out goals with their help. Inefficient employees are not able to contribute to achieving those goals or they contribute to them in the lowest possible way. The ability to use or to obtain knowledge or skills represents a great source of wealth. The company is becoming wealthier by increasing the human capital significance by means of effective education of its employees. The bachelor thesis is focused on problems associated with area of human resources management, above all to the development and education of Unipetrol Group employees. It includes an analysis of educational system, an appreciation of defined qualifications relevance, and the evaluation of further educational needs of their employees.
