Abstract

This bachelor thesis is about possibilities to improve process of production release. Goal of this bachelor thesis is to analyze current access to process of production release and suggest some potential improvements in organization which provides components for automotive. In the first part are explained basic concepts related to issues in production release. Second part of this thesis is about analyzing current conditions in the production release of organization. This analysis was performed to find out some issues in production release and suggest some solutions to those problems. In the next part are identified some of the most problematic conditions of the current status by affinity diagram and Paretto analysis. In the end of the thesis are point out some solutions for elimination those issues.
