Administrativní budova - stavebně technologický projekt.

Abstract

The aim of this thesis is the preparation of project documentation for building permit new construction of Administrative Building. There are energy label of building and technology process of realization of foundation structure in the project. The project was made for three section, opening part, construction part and technology part. The largest part of work is the construction part, which is primarily consists of the documents for construction management, there are text and drawing parts. The process of technological realization of foundation structure, the site facilities documentation for realization of foundation structure of stage and itemized budget at this stage are processed in technological part. The project documentation is the result of this work which used for the construction of administrative bulding and to base of them will be issuance of building permits. Proposed administrative building is solved as a separate three-storey object no basement with the office spaces and will be new place of commercial company. There is on Velehradská street in indusstrial zone in southern part of town Kroměříž. The processing work was made in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.
