Počítačová kriminalita, její ekonomické, technické a právní příčiny a důsledky

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá definováním pojmu počítačová kriminalita. Poskytuje přehled o historii, základních pojmech, pachatelích a právní úpravě této problematiky. Součásti práce je výzkum zaměřený na návyky, zkušenosti a názory uživatelů počítače a snaha o objasnění příčin počítačové kriminality. Dále práce charakterizuje ekonomické, technické a právní důsledky této kriminality. Na závěr jsou v práci naznačeny možnosti opatření, které mohou dopady počítačové kriminality zmírnit. Spolu s nimi jsou uvedeny i aktuální opatření proti počítačovým útokům v rámci Evropské unie a České republiky.

The thesis deals with the definition of the conception of the computer criminality. It provides the view of a history, basic conceptions, offenders and legal form of this problems. A part of this work is a research aimed on the customs, experiences and opinions of the users of the computer and an effort to clarify reasons of the computer criminality. Further, the thesis characterizes economical, technical and legal consequences of this criminality. At the conclusion in the thesis there are indicated procuration possibilities that can reduce the impact of the computer criminality. Together with these there is also introduced current procuration against computer attack within European Union and the Czech Republic.
