Analýza procesu interních auditů v kontextu normy VDA 6.3

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the internal audit process in the context of the VDA 6.3 standard. The aim of the thesis was to evaluate the current state of internal audit processes in the practical conditions of a specific selected company and to propose appropriate measures to eliminate the identified gaps. The theoretical part defines quality management, describes the different types of audits and the methodology of internal audit in the context of the VDA 6.3 standard, including process auditing. The practical part analyses the implementation of internal audits in a specific, selected company and then compares internal audits according to the VDA 6.3 standard and the internal policy of the selected company. After analysing the internal audit process in the company and identifying non-conformities, appropriate corrective actions were proposed.
