Bioreaktory v úpravě nerostných surovin

Abstract

The thesis presents evaluable information on bioreactors and their utilization in the area of mineral raw materials. The introduction briefly explains the term of biotechnology. The next part focuses on the description of microbiological processes which take place in certain mineral deposits. In the part on bioreactors the individual types of bioreactors, special requirements that must be taken into cosideration during production of such devices, criteria according to which we choose a type of reactors are described, and a brief exposition of the issue of computer control of fermentation is given. In addition, attention is paid to bacterial leaching of ores, including its current utilization. In conclusion, there are examples of applications of bioreactors in the processing of mineral raw materials.
