Stavebně technologická studie objektu školy

Abstract

Tématem mé bakalářské práce je stavebně technologická studie objektu Základní školy Sportovní v Hodoníně o třech nadzemních podlažích a jednom podzemním podlaží, který je zastřešen plochou střechou. Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na technologický postup realizace výstavby hrubé stavby. Jedná se o technologický postup výstavby zděné konstrukce 1.NP a realizace stropu nad 1.PP. Pro vybrané technologické postupy jsou zpracovány také schémata postupné realizace. Konstrukce stropu i samotné vyzdění podloží bude zhotoveno ze systému Porotherm. Součástí této práce je dokumentace pro územní rozhodnutí a stavební povolení, projektová dokumentace stavby, položkový rozpočet stavby a časový harmonogram jednotlivých etap výstavby.

The theme of this bachelor work is the architectural and technological studies of elementary sport school building in Hodonín with three floors and one basement floor, which is covered by a flat roof. This bachelor work is focused on the technological process of implementation of the construction site. I tis a technological proces of construction of masonry 1.NP and implementation of the ceiling above the 1st floor. For selected technological processes are handled also charts the gradual realization. The design of the ceiling and masonry foundation itself will be made of Porotherm systém. A part of this work is the documentation for zoning and building permits, project documentation, itemized project budget and timetable for the various stages of construction.
