Abstract

The thesis discusses the topic of employee motivation, both from theoretical and from a practical point of view. The first part explained the concepts, theories and analysis techniques for the identification of social facts. In the second part, which is a practical, was first described the company, which was carried out a questionnaire survey. The company wished to remain anonymous. There were presented lists of bonuses and variable pay. Then were also determined and evaluated hypotheses, analysed individual respondents' answers and then drafted recommendations and suggestions for improvement. The problems were consisted mainly in communications. There were provided suggestions of various methods to improve the situation. The end of thesis summarizes the strengths and weaknesses of the company.
