Využití tradičních metod a nástrojů managementu kvality v koncepci Kvalita 4.0

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá analýzou a modifikací nástrojů, které jsou uplatňovány v rámci managementu kvality. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na rozbor problematiky Průmysl 4.0 a Kvalita 4.0. Jsou zde charakterizovány specifické rysy těchto konceptů, jejich podmínky a předpoklady. Práce také shrnuje výhody, nevýhody a bariéry Kvality 4.0. V teoretické části jsou také ukázány příklady firem, které tento koncept zavedly a jaké benefity jim to přineslo. Dále jsou popsány nové znalosti, které budou muset mít manažeři a pracovníci, aby byl celý koncept Kvality 4.0 úspěšný v daném podniku. Na závěr teoretické části jsou stručně charakterizovány jednotlivé nástroje a metody. V praktické části jsou nejprve nástroje analyzovány podle toho, jak moc je Kvalita 4.0 ovlivní. U vybraných nástrojů jsou detailně rozepsány kroky, ve kterých dojde ke změně. V rámci managementu rizik je pak navržen nový mechanismus, který má zlepšit současný postup a dodat mu co nejvíce objektivity.

This thesis deals with the analysis and modification of the tools that are applied in quality management. The theoretical part focuses on the analysis of Industry 4.0 and Quality 4.0. The specific features of these concepts, their conditions and prerequisites are characterized. The thesis also summarizes the advantages, disadvantages and barriers of Quality 4.0. The theoretical part also shows examples of companies that have implemented the concept and what benefits it has brought them. Furthermore, the new knowledge that managers and workers will need to have in order to make the whole concept of Quality 4.0 successful in a given company is described. At the end of the theoretical part, the individual tools and methods are briefly characterized. In the practical part, the tools are first analysed according to how much Quality 4.0 will affect them. For selected tools, the steps in which the change will occur are detailed. A new mechanism is then proposed within the risk management framework to improve the current process and give it as much objectivity as possible.
