Abstract
The aim of my work is to determine to what extent the successful initiative in the Moravia-Silasian Region of influencing the development of emission of substances. They are presented here for terms of emissions, air force legislation, development of emissions and air pollution in the Region from 2004-2010 and subsequent sRating whole situation.
