Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with Consumer Behaviour Analysis on the Wine Market in Ostrava. The thesis aims to analyse shopping habits and consumer behaviour on the wine market in Ostrava. Furthermore, customers´ preferences are to be revealed. The factors influencing the decision-making process are to be identified too. The thesis is composed of following chapters: Theoretical Basis Concerning Consumer Behaviour, Characterization of the Wine Market, Methods Used to Gather Data, Analysis of Consumer Behaviour on Wine Market, Proposals and Suggestions.
