Abstract
Thesis deals with an assesment of the complex fire protection in cultural heritage buildings. It describes the basic requirements for the evaluation of historical objects, which are given in the ČSN 73 0834 – Constructional Variations Standart. With fire safety engineering methods suggests more detailed assessmnent of the fire risks, aimed to financial and economic value. It specifies requirements for installing active fire systems in the most valuable sections of these buildings.
