Výrobní a skladovácí hala s administrativní části v Hrabové

Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis is to elaborate a part of the project documentation of a production and storage hall in Ostrava Hrabová with an administrative extension and a shop. The documentation is in the stage for the implementation of the construction (DPS) according to Decree 499/2006 Coll. as amended by Amendment No. 405/2017 Coll.[2] on the documentation of buildings. The thesis contains selected items of Annex 13 of the above mentioned decree in the scope according to the assignment. The building is located in Ostrava - Hrabová and is divided into two construction objects. SO 01 is a production and storage area, while SO 02 serves as an administrative and sales area. In order to minimize heat loss and to be economically advantageous, the building objects form one functional unit. The supporting structural system is a precast reinforced concrete frame based on monolithic footings and piles. Each functional part of the building is clad with a different type of cladding.
