Investors requirements were to make housing development for senior citizens, to fulfill all aspects for safe and restful residence in there last stage of life.Great benefit for future clients is that site is located in quiet part of Ostrava.Basic bussineses are in close distance.Layout influenced overall sett out of site from witch I draw,further I respected urban structuring of surrounding development.I used grid that allowed me strict positioning of single objects.In my bachelor´s work I engage in detail just in one of the two objects and that is the main one, witch is not fulfilling just function of living but includes social rooms as well.In the ground floor is situated lounge, room for nurse, serviceman and charwomen.All flats are acceseble from spacios stairways hall.
