Analýza specifik a aplikace vybraných metod oceňování vinic

Abstract

This thesis deals with the issue of valuation of agricultural land and growth. Its purpose is to find the best valuation way of certain vineyard, which will be used as valuation pattern for every other vineyard. In order to solve this problem, I used the valuation methods, from which I subsequently selected the ones with the best information ability using synthetic methods. Thanks to the calculations, I found out which methods are realistically usable and accurate. Based on the data found in this work, it is possible to evaluate the vineyard with good accuracy, whether for sale, purchase or other activities that need to know the value of the object.
