Abstract
In the presented thesis the design and the realization of a system supporting fire safety of buildings is processed. The design includes requirements specification, which is based on the identification of future users of the system. A representative sample of users was involved in a survey, whose results are analyzed here, and the results defined the main features of the system. A design of subsystems based on the system analysis consists primarily of UML diagrams. When implementing the system, I used a variety of technologies that I will shortly introduce in the work. During the realization I put the system through several tests. Listed are the different types of tests that were used to test and their results. In conclusion, the work introduces a finished system implemented as a web application supporting calculations of fire safety of buildings.
