Finanční analýza v konkrétním prostředí vybrané strojírenské obchodní korporace

Abstract

This diploma theses is contained into 3 parts. First part describes financial analysis itself, specification and methods. Next part is about the company ZLKL, s. r. o., about it´s main business, organizational structure and other activities. In the last part, the main financial index are applied. Index is able to predict the future vison of the company and also shows where the main financial problems has begun.

This diploma theses could be very helpful financial instrumental tool for the company management. They can evaluate what they have done in the past 5 years, which decisions had been correct and which had not. Also regards this analysis, the company management can use this diploma theses as some kind of instruction, how to avoid future mistakes.
