Abstract
This diploma thesis deals with modeling and simulation of controlled DC drive with account of losses in motor and gearbox. There used DC motor with permanent magnets type PM80S / 2,
which is powered by a four-quadrant pulse converter. This inverter allows DC motor to work in four different work quadrants. As a result, the flow of energy can be from the source to the DC motor
and then through the gearbox to the working mechanism, but also from the working mechanism through the gearbox to the motor and next into the source. This energy flow is associated
with the losses in motor and gearbox. These losses cause loss moments, along with losses in the motor and gearboxes in this work investigate in various motor operating modes. The correctness
of the behavior of the created simulation model is verified by comparing the theoretical and simulated motor moments. The simulation model was created in the Matlab program, in its superstructure section, Simulink.
