Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of occupational safety and health (OSH) training in selected company. The aim of the thesis is to propose an effective system of OHS training in the enterprise including the preparation of internal documentation and materials for training support. The theoretical part of the thesis analyzes the legislative requirements for OSH training, documentation of training and principles of best practice in relation to the role and personality of the trainer, the way of training, etc. The practical part deals with the analysis of the existing OSH training documentation in the selected company. Based on the requirements of current legislation and principles of best practice, a proposal for a new training system, including relevant documentation and supporting materials is then carried out.
