Abstract

Thesis concerns elaboration of a feasibility study. It presents pre-investment phase of a project and planning as the most important part of project management. Theoretical part of the thesis presents basic ideas and describes theoretical resourced of project management. It presents consecution of four project phases from preparation to project implementation. Though the project size plays important role, we can trace certain procedure in any investment intention. In practical part we can find elaboration of 4 particular projects. Every of these variations it is necessary to evaluate and choose the ideal option and then to recommend it for implementation. The Study focuses on pre-project phase of a project i.e. to estimate costs and return of the investment. Key contributions of this work are practical procedures of economic efficiency evaluations of possible investment and of concerned criteria.
