Komparace a analýza managementu sportovních klubů

Abstract

The subject of the diploma thesis " Comparison and Analysis of the Sports Clubs Management" is the analysis, comparison and processing of ideas and recommendations for improving the current situation. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part defines the necessary terms related to the topic. The practical part describes the clubs in terms of history, current situation and visions. The questionnaire survey, SWOT analysis, VRIO analysis and interview with the sports manager were used in the work. The results of these research methods are used in the practical part and in the evaluation of the analysis and comparison of the clubs. The final part evaluates the analysis and presents suggestions and recommendations for the next functioning of clubs in coming years.
