Abstract

The subject of the diploma thesis is winery design in the southwest of Slovakia in the district of Pezinok. The city is the center of carpathians winery. Winery and vineyards are situated outside the city, but wine production is in the city Pezinok. The purpose is to unite production and vineyards on one picturesque place. The place is situated on the top located above the city Modra. The newly designed wineries will complete task for gravitational production, representative hall, accommoodations, restaurant and public space. The idea of winery connects long tradition, which is long time in this area and offers accommoodation with little restaurant, which it is an integral part of good wine.
