Abstract

The bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation, carried out on the basis of a questionnaire survey, of employees’ recruitment and selection system in a chosen company. The first part of this work is devoted to the theoretical basis of acquisition and selection, which are needed for the second part of this work. In the second part the selected company is characterized and also its establishment in which the questionnaire survey was carried out, then the individual methods and forms of acquisition and subsequent selection in the selected establishment are described also. Furthermore, there is a questionnaire survey and subsequently proposed changes and recommendations that should lead to an improvement in the system of recruitment and selection of employees at the premises of TIPA, s.r.o. in Opava.
