Územná štúdie objektu pre sociálne bývanie v obci Ľubietová

Abstract

Diplomová práca spočíva v konverzii objektu bývalej administratívnej budovy na objekt pre sociálne bývanie v obci Ľubietová. Tiež ponúka stručný prehľad rozdielnych legislatívnych požiadaviek v štátoch Slovenskej republiky a Českej republiky súvisiacich s danou problematikou. Na základe získaných poznatkov a materiálov o riešenom území ako aj o problematike sociálneho bývania, bola práca spracovaná v troch variantoch. Varianty A a B spočívajú v návrhu dispozičného riešenia bytového domu s funkčným riešením priľahlého areálu, parkovaním a napojením na stávajúcu infraštruktúru. Variant C vychádza z ďalších potrieb obce a je navrhnutý pre priestory materskej školy. Variant B je spracovaný podrobnejšie.

The thesis is concerned about premises of former administrative building and its conversion into premises with social housing in rural village Ľubietová. The thesis presents brief overview of concerning problematic for different legislative requirements in Slovak Republic and in Czech Republic. The thesis elaborates on acquired knowledge as well as on social housing problematic in three variations. The first two variations A and B are based on design of social house together with functional solutions for surrounding areas, including parking space and connectivity to existing technical infrastructure. The variation C originates in several other needs of the village and is designed based on kindergarten premises. One of the variation, the variation B is elaborated on in greater details.
