Abstract

My thesis is focused on bankruptcy, as one Way of Solution of Debtor´s Bankruptcy. The aim of this thesis is to become eventual clue both to the debtor and creditors and allow them to find one´s way in single steps of insolvency proceedings and especially in dealing with debtor´s insolvency through the bankruptcy proceedings.

Theoretical part of the thesis provides characteristics of the insolvency proceedings and possible solutions to the debtor´s bankruptcy. The second part focuses on legal, accounting and tax aspects of bankruptcy. The third part deals with the evaluation of insolvency proceedings in practice.
