Abstract

This Master´s Thesis deals with the processing of a marketing plan of travel agency focused its offer on seniors. The Master´s Thesis combines theoretical and practical approach, whereby offers a comprehensive look at the issues of marketing plan and tourism. On the basis of analysis of company and its internal and external environment are designed a marketing goals. To achieve them is then laid down specific marketing mix strategy. The proposal of individual activities and their timing is included in the action plan. At the end are summarized the systems of measurement and control of the implementation.
