Rozbor příčin havárií pro zajištění bezpečnosti technologií

Abstract

The thesis provides important information about the origin and the development of accident prevention and preparedness in the European Union as well as in the Czech Republic. It also provides the overview of serious accidents in the world, especially in 2005 - 2015. For this purpose there were information systems chosen, such as MARS, CSB, RISCAD or ARIA together with the relevant specialised literature. The thesis provides the analysis of possible causes. Moreover, in certain cases it provides the probability of malfunction with suitable propositions of precautions.
