Analýza personálních činností ve vybrané organizaci veřejné správy

Abstract

My bachelor thesis is called Analysis of Personnel Activities in Selected Organization of Public Administration. The practical part focuses on organization of Municipal office of Zatec. The work is divided into five chapters, including the introduction and conclusion. After the introduction chapter theoretical basis of individual personal activities, followed by a chapter that focuses on the characteristics of the organization and how it creates staff planning, invitations to tender and the subsequent selection of individual employees according to their requirements. The following chapter, which focuses on training and employee remuneration and the care of them. The aim of this thesis is to get acquainted with HR processes in the organization.
