Abstract
The topic of the diploma thesis is the affordability of housing. The aim of the work is to analyze the affordability of housing in the Czech Republic and in the Czech regions. The analysis is performed using financial ratios: price-to-income ratio, price-to-rent, rent-to-income and debt-to-income. The thesis monitors the change in real estate prices, rents and wages.
