Analýza podnikatelského inkubátoru Kunovice - Panský dvůr

Abstract

The goal of this thesis is an analysis of the function of business incubators, the meaning of their existence, and their role in the process of increasing budding entrepreneurs’ success rate, together with the practical focus on Business Incubator Kunovice - Panský Dvůr, Ltd., which has been put into operation only two years ago. The introductory part of the theoretical chapter consists of the history of Kunovice, and of manor houses as such, followed by the reconstruction process of the building Panský Dvůr in Kunovice. As a completion of the theoretical part, explanation and description of the current business environment in the Czech Republic and the importance of innovation implementation are included. The final part of theory is devoted to the definition and division of business incubators, the number of them in the Czech republic. The practical part deals solely with Business Incubator Kunovice, from the initial process of incubation (settlement), suitability of the office space, rooms demonstration, analysis of the services provided, to the current occupation by companies. The last chapters deal with the results of questionaire survey carried out in the incubator, analysis of incubator’s strenghts and weaknesses, and socioeconomic analysis.
