Abstract

Submited diploma thesis deals with the analysis and modelling of industrial wastewater treatment plant processes on the premises of company UNIPETROL RPA, which run bussines in chemical industry, mainly in the area of processing and manufacturing of crude oil products. Main focus of the thesis is on problematics of the process of industrial wastewater cleaning. Theoretical part of the thesis sums up theoretical and practical knowledge about wastewater, treatment technology and describes model of biological treatment plant. Practical part of the thesis deal with simulation of treatment processes on physical model of treatment plant and execution of laboratory analysis. In the conclusion of the thesis a discusion is led about results of executed experiment and proposals for possible improvements of current apparatus.
