Zabezpečení Městského stadionu v Ostravě

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá zabezpečením ochrany osob a majetku na Městském stadionu při veřejných akcích. Jejím cílem bylo zjistit a popsat aktuální rizika spojená s bezpečností na stadionu, kde se vyskytuje větší počet lidí a na základě teoretických znalostí navrhnout způsob pro jejich odstranění nebo minimalizaci nebezpečí v tomto areálu. Diplomová práce uvádí legislativu, která s bezpečností na stadionu souvisí. Popisuje druhy ochrany a současné zabezpečení, které je použito přímo na místě. Analýzou rizik byly odhaleny nedostatky stávající ochrany a provedena opatření rizikových míst. V závěru práce je uvedeno srovnání zabezpečení stadionu se zahraničím. Hlavní důraz diplomové práce je kladen na celkové zabezpečení sportovního areálu, speciálně na hlavní stadion.

The thesis deals with security and protection of people and property at the municipal stadium during public events. Its aim was to find out and describe relevant risks connected to the security at the stadium where lots of people gather, and on the basis of theoretical knowledge to suggest method to minimize the danger in this object. The thesis mentions legislature that is related to the security at the stadium. It describes kinds of protection and also current security that is used in this object. The defects were found by the analysis of the risk and precautions of risk places were done. In the conclusion of the thesis a comparison of stadium’s security here and abroad is shown. The aim of the thesis is in complete security of the stadium, especially the main part of it.
