Abstract

The bachelor thesis copes with the problem of motivation and it is focused on the key factors of the effective employee’s motivation in a selected firm. In the theoretical part there are explained basic concepts related to this issue. Furthermore there are presented basic knowledge in the field of employee motivation, human resource management and a list of incentives on side of the employer. The practical part deals with an analysis of the motivation system, the level of remuneration, employee benefits and stimulation devices. Thesis points out the importance of motivation and on the basis of survey’s results are recommended changes which will lead to improvement and upgrade in field of employee’s motivation.
