Abstract

In the thesis is calculated the value of the company Kromadora Weels s.r.o. on January 1, 2020 to inform corporate owners of the current business situation of the current management of the subsidiary and the future development of the company. For valuation of the company are selected next metods, the two-stage discounted cash flow method, the DCF entity, the economic value added method, the EVA entity, the net capitalized income method and the book value method.
