Abstract

A very important part of the financial management of the company is financial analysis. Managers and investors use financial analysis as a basic for their decision. Investors decide to invest to the company or not following to results of analysis.The thesis topic of the diploma work is „Evaluation of Financial Performance of the ARRIVA MORAVA, a.s. This diploma work consists of three parts. In the first part are theoretical approaches to the financial analysis. Next part is focued on practical aspect of the financial analysis, what is the performance of the horizontal and vertical analysis of statements and analysis of indexes ARRIVA MORAVA, a.s. In that part are used data from financial statements of above called company. In conclusion are presented some suggestions and recommendations which come from results of the financial analysis.
