Abstract

This bachelor's thesis called „Modification of Workers Education and Development System in the Myonic s.r.o. Company“ aims to design changes in system of education in the company Myonic s.r.o. In theoretical part is described cycle of education. Theoretical part is creating base for practical part. Practical part is focusing to analysis of the current state education system in the Myonic s.r.o. company. On the base of analysis was created proposals and recommendation for changes in current system of education.
