Abstract

Use the appropriate SW and HW tools to implement the selected method for Monitoring the daily living activities (ADL) in smart home care (SHC) within IoT. The components such as mobile devices, entertainment unit, and KNX system are implemented for the monitoring purpose inside the Home Assistant (HA), the task mainly focused on is the connection of the KNX system to the Smart Home so that the monitoring of the presence of a person can be verified. ADL implementation is carried out for the purpose of finding out how a person is spending his/her time inside of a smart home, which is carried out with the help of these technologies described above.
