Abstract

The aim of the Bachelor Thesis is the comparison of various instruments for securing bank products. Each of the instruments is briefly described including their advantages and disadvantages and also evaluated from the point of suitability for the creditor. The thesis has two parts. The first part focuses on the analysis of the instruments - bank guarantee, standby letter of credit, bill of exchange bank guarantee, and lien. In the second part, the instruments are compared by the criteria of financial intensity, administrative intensity, legal awareness about securing instruments, time intensity and risk-level of payment.
